I was so pleased with my shoes that I checked out the rest of the site to see what else they offered and found several pairs of shoes that are both stylish and comfy and perfect for women over 40. Plus, most of the shoes are available in a variety of widths so you can get a precise and comfortable fit. Here are just some of my favorites.
VANELI TILDEN
I elected to try these nude patent pumps because I strongly believe that every woman needs a nude pump in her wardrobe. I tested them out by wearing them for a full day of work and errands. They were so comfortable! I think I’ve finally found a brand that will let me wear heels again. I particularly like the pad under the ball of the foot as it helps take the pressure off when I’m standing up. The heels aren’t crazy high, but they add a bit of lift to the leg and elevate any outfit and I love the block heel which is so in style right now.

Toe loops are back and better than ever for 2019! The toe loop on these mules helps keep your feet secure so you don’t have to walk around clenching your toes just to keep your shoes on. (You know you’ve done it!) The block heel can be worn with pants or dresses.

Leopard print is really in style for Fall 2019 and I love the camel-hair texture of these loafers. Some flats can actually end up aggravating my plantar fascitis with their thin soles that don’t provide any support, but these shoes have a padded arch and insole for support.

I don’t like to wear sneakers when I’m traveling because I don’t want to be quite that casual when I’m visiting museums and restaurants, but I need some comfortable walking shoes so I don’t miss out on any fun with blisters or sore feet. These slip-ons are just what I need for my next trip! The perforated finish helps to keep your feet cool and the padded collar prevents blisters. The cushioning will keep your feet feeling fresh for hours!

Everybody needs a pair of booties for fall and these suede booties have a cute zipper and a peep-toe detail. You’ll wear these shoes with everything you own.
I feel really good about recommending any of these shoes. I’m in love with my nude patent pumps and the other shoes on the site seem like they’re equally as good. They may cost a bit more than other shoes, but you’re paying for both style and comfort and you’ll keep these shoes for years.
